Senaeyat is Dubai’s first lease-to-own warehouse provider and is part of major developer UAE Lootah. Launched in 2019, the company is aimed at providing cost-effective options for businesses, filling in the market gap of allowing full ownership of industrial warehouses.

We created and manage the Senaeyat website, drafting copy for the multi-page site and providing regular content for its blog.
As a product specifically created for the end users, Senaeyat can simply be explained in words; it’s the first lease-to-own warehouse provider in Dubai. However consumers need to see visual proof, so we created a short sub-60s clip inside one of their facilities; demonstrating the full size of the warehouses on offer and all of the state-of-the-art technology and components inside.
We also maintain the social media presence for Senaeyat, producing regular videos, as well as running lead generation campaigns across social media, Google, media advertisements, Wi-Fi advertising and email marketing.
